Little Audrey Model Sheet

These are for Kevin. I don't know what the Melvin model sheet is from. In fact, I don't even remember where I found these.

Wow, I only ever saw Melvin in the comics, not the cartoons. Which shorts did he appear in? The dates on these model sheets seem to indicate it would have been pretty late in its original theatrical run.

I believe these are Warren Kramer's model sheets for the Harvey comics, not the Paramount cartoons.

Archival headgear, the jughead crown. It was only in style briefly, yet lived on in cartoons, both printed and animated, for over half a century.

People seem to give Warren Kremer credit for everything, as if Harvey were a one man operation.
These model sheets look like Steve Muffatti's work.
Muffatti, one of the key animator's on the Fleischer Superman shorts, did most of the early Harvey/Paramount comics.
But no, Melvin was not in the animated cartoons, nor in the St. John's comics. Each incarnation of Audrey essentially reinvented her, with new homes, surnames, and friends.
